Sinterlube – The No Maintenance, Self-Lubricating Bushing

Sinterlube bushings are truly self-lubricating and has a tolerance comparable to precision guiding.  The bushings have no lubrication hole or groove.  They are designed to be put together with only an initial application of light oil.  The bushings have a silver exterior and a polished bronze interior.  The bronze alloy layer is 11 times thicker than that of a plated bronze bushing.

Sinterlube bushings come in both inch and metric sizes for both stamping dies and molds.
They also come in variations that meet NAAMS standards, DIN 9834, and AFNOR standards.
